All quotes and estimates provided by Whiteheart are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash.

Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled date without any penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a fee. Whiteheart reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or staff availability.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and care. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or natural wear and tear.

Clients are responsible for providing access to the premises and ensuring a safe working environment. Clients must remove or protect personal items, furniture, and fixtures before the commencement of services. Whiteheart is not responsible for any damage to items left unprotected.
