Refunds are available for services that have not been started or are canceled within 24 hours of booking.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. We will make every effort to resolve the issue, including offering a re-service or a partial refund where applicable.
Refunds will not be issued for services already completed and approved by the client.
